Moths 2 Months ago  
We have recently been running a moth light trap each nigh. Just as an example of some of the moths that we have been finding, here are two of the larger and more spectacular ones. The Poplar Hawkmoth as seen here has a wing span of about 5cm and the Light Emerald a wing span of 4 cm.

Another moth from the light trap, this one with a wing span of 5cm is a Swallow-tailed moth.

BC, wanted to mention that there is a place up at the Latch where you can see little lizards. Let me know if you are interested and I'll show you.
