Harvest Service PDF Print E-mail
Harvest Thanksgiving Services will be held in each church on  Sunday 26th September

Abernyte Harvest Thanksgiving
The church will be decorated for Harvest on Saturday 25th September from 9.30am – 12noon.  Contributions and flowers are welcome.  If you could arrange your contributions tastefully(!) in a basket, it would be appreciated.  Don’t forget to put your name on your basket!
Once again, our produce will be taken to CATH’s Kitchen, a charity that provides meals for the homeless.  As they often receive a glut of food at this time, we suggest members donate tins, dried goods and other non-perishable items ….. but we will require some perishable items to beautify our church!
The School Harvest Service will be held in the church at 9.15am on Monday 27th September.  Church members are invited to this service.

Sunday School Update PDF Print E-mail
This term we're practising really hard for our Christmas play, "The star who was afraid to shine", which we will be performing during the service on December 13th at 11am.
If you have any little stars in your family who would like to join in the "dance of the little stars" please get in touch - they would be most welcome.
We also went to the Fischy music concert in Broughty Ferry back in October.  We learned some great songs (which we hope to share with the congregation next year) and finished off the day with some delicious ice cream!

Sunday school will start back after the Christmas break on January 10th at the usual time of 10am.
Our other dates for the Spring term are January 24th, February 7th and 21st and March 7th and 21st.
If you would like to know more about what we do, please phone
Esther (686311) or Natasha (686090).
