For Books purchased via this website from Abernyte Community Company:

 

  • If the item is defective or damaged, you can return your purchase to us in its original condition within 15 days of the date you received the item, and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid.
    On receipt of your goods from Abernyte Community Company, please inspect and inform us immediately of any damages or missing items within 7 working days. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
  • We will dispatch your order by post. Within the UK, you can expect delivery within 10 working days. International orders may take a little longer.
