Kirkton Hill, Abernyte We can confirm that the Den, in the wood on Kirkton Hill above Abernyte, now has a fresh supply of unhealthy sweets and a new book for your comments on the weather and musings on life and everything else. The previous book and the sweets had become damp due to lid failure. But don't worry - the previous notebooks are now dry and in the safe hands of Yve who has taken over the village scrapbooks from Tony Pepper. So, if you need to escape from the daily grind or have children needing a focal point out of doors, the Den is now restocked and ready for you. Please ensure you take away any old sweetie wrappers and feel free to leave any unhealthy sweets that you would not like your children to eat ! |
