The Developer, Northbank Services, has submitted an amended plan for this development, to Perth and Kinross Council. While the new plans do not seem to be available on the Planning website as yet, I believe the major change is for the vehicle access into the development is now from the roadway towards the village and not via the farm road at the rear of the current steading. Other changes involve the shared drainage system for the houses.
The amended pans are now available online and can be seen by clicking here. The application is going before the Development Committee on 30th July. The Recommendation from the planners is that it be approved. |
