Abernyte.org and Abernyte Community Company

Abernyte Community has been awarded £7112 to carry out improvements to the Glebe Millennium Walk.

This grant has been awarded by the Big Lottery Fund Breathing Places Campaign to:

• Make pathway improvements,
• Improve biodiversity through planting
• To undertake a major programme of bird/bat boxes in the Glebe Millennium Walk and surrounding area
• Introduce nest box video onto the Abernyte.org website.

Abernyte Community Company is very excited and pleased to receive this award and looks forward to working with the Heritage Group and wider community in planning and implementing the works. Volunteers are most welcome.
